I graduated from Salem State University in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services. Since then, I’ve worked with both children and adults in various mental health settings including outpatient agencies, partial hospital level of care, and on inpatient psychiatric units. I also have experience collaborating with hospitals to help with program development and educating the staff on the evidence-based treatment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

Though my approach will vary based on individual needs and preferences, I primarily utilize techniques from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I provide solution-focused, trauma-informed psychotherapy to individuals struggling to cope with emotion dysregulation, interpersonal conflict and poor self-esteem.
