Adolescents
Adolescents should attend with their parent/guardian for the first appointment. We will discuss the role of the parents in therapy including confidentiality and disclosure.
Adults
Adults may bring someone with them to their first appointment. All adults are required to provide an emergency contact.
Insurance
I am in-network with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and Optum. If you have other insurances you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Contact your insurance company to be sure. I will provide a Good Faith Estimate for anyone paying out-of-pocket and are available upon request for anyone using insurance benefits.
